Karan is the founder and Director of JKFM. He brings a practical and relationship focused approach to facilities management. He began his career by working alongside experienced building managers, learning the details of daily operations before moving on to manage properties himself. He later established JKFM to raise the standard of service in residential facilities management.

Karan oversees operations across all sites and works directly with owners, committees, and residents to make sure every building receives the right level of care. He is known for his attention to detail, strong stakeholder management, and long term thinking. His philosophy is simple: addressing small issues early prevents bigger problems later.

Carlos plays an important role at JKFM, helping to keep the buildings we manage clean, safe, and welcoming for residents. He works closely with our management team and contractors to ensure standards are maintained across common areas and that issues are reported quickly.
